Still Improving

Today my weight was down again.  It looks like I may be back on track.

Still Looking Okay

Today's weight was up marginally from yesterday, but still lower than it was the first three days of the week.  I see Carol today.  I hope she has some insights into what is happening.

Stuck

The last couple of weeks, my weight has been stuck hovering between 265 and 270.  I'm going to have a hard look at the meal plan, and see about following it more closely.  I see Carol on Thursday, maybe she have some ideas.

Insomnia and the End of an Adult Weekend

I've been suffering from some rather painful piles.  Last night the pain kept waking me up.  As a result I was up very late.  Never a good thing, as I tend to eat when I'm up late.

The boys spent the weekend at their mother's, which allowed Anita and I to be more relaxed over the weekend.  It's been very quiet and pleasant.
