Last night we were up pretty late (almost midnight), and I managed to keep my urge to overeat under control by eating a little cheese ever couple of hours. I'm learning that the trick is not to wait until I can no longer resist the urge, but rather to preemptively eat a small amount every couple of hours.
I missed weighing my self yesterday as well :(. Probably subconscious afraid of what it would say.
