Insomnia Last Night

So, both Anita I were up until after 1 am last night.  I'm not sure what was going on, but neither of us was able to get to sleep, and today we are tired.

On top of that, late nights are not a good time for me.  I tend to start feeling "hungry" after about 10, and it just keeps building after that.  I managed to keep my eating somewhat under control, but it took a lot of willpower.

Meh, Monday

Maybe I Should Have Cut That Potato in Half

Yesterday's supper was a treat, but I really ate too much.  On top of that it was too long between lunch and supper and I was pretty ravenous by the time supper rolled around.  Even after eating a huge supper, I felt "hungry."

I'm going to try to remember for next time to cut the corn, potato and steak in half before I even start and set half aside.

Also, I'm going to try even harder to remember to have protein snacks between meals when they are widely spaced.
