Still Improving

Today my weight was down again.  It looks like I may be back on track.

Noon
  • 1c Tapioca Pudding
  • Banana
3pm
  • Double Espresso
  • Apple
6pm
  • Veggie Chips
  • Black Bean Chips
  • Pork Chop
9pm
  • Veggie Chips
  • 1c Goldfish Crackers
Midnight
  • 1/2c Goldfish Crackers
