Stuck

The last couple of weeks, my weight has been stuck hovering between 265 and 270.  I'm going to have a hard look at the meal plan, and see about following it more closely.  I see Carol on Thursday, maybe she have some ideas.

  • Double Espresso
  • 1c Cottage Cheese
  • 1 slice 2-5-1
  • 12oz V8
8:30
  • 2oz Mozzarella
  • 1c Blueberries
  • 1 slice 2-5-1
  • 1 slice 4-4-0
1pm
  • 2oz Swiss cheese
  • 1-1/2oz Ham
  • 1-1/2oz Roast Turkey
  • 2 slices 5-3-0
  • Banana
  • 12oz V8
