Taking a Day Off

It's been kind of a rough week for both of us, so Anita and I decided to take a vacation day today, and try to regain some of our sanity.  I think it was a good choice.

Bread Talk

I ran out of 7 grain cereal today, and only had about enough to make a 2-5-1.  The loaf came out much better risen, and with a much more open crumb.

Food Today

  • 1c Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Slice 2-5-1.
  • 12oz V8
11:30am
  • Grilled Brie Sandwich
    • 2 Slices 2-5-1
    • ~2oz Brie
    • Olive Oil
  • 12oz V8
3pm
  • ~1c Grapes
  • ~1c Goldfish Crackers
6pm
  • 3 Small Tomatoes
  • 1/2c Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2c Green Beans
  • 1/3c Sauteed Carrots
  • 1/3c Brussels Sprouts
7pm
  • 12oz NF Yogurt
9pm
  • 12oz NF Yogurt
  • 2oz Multigrain Crackers
