Meh, Monday

I managed to avoid getting hungry yesterday, and that seems to have helped a lot.  Apparently by the time I feel "hungry," it's already too late.  I need to eat before I feel hungry, since once I feel hungry, I cannot eat enough to stop feeling it.

  • Can of "Nancy's Organic Lentil Soup"

  • 1/2c Goldfish Crackers
  • Apple
  • 1 Nectarine

  • Spinach Ravioli
  • 1/2c Grapes
7:30pm
  • 1oz Cheese
10:30pm
  • 1/2c Peanuts
11:30pm
  • 1/2c Goldfish Crackers
  • 1/2c Peanuts
