The Weekend


This morning when I weighed myself it came in at 265.6. This is the first week, since I've started weighing myself daily, that I ended the week on a higher weight than I started. However, my weight at the start of the week was artificially low due to the illness I suffered through last week. When I chart it out, last week shows up as a deep dip, in an otherwise regular trend.
So, rather than feeling bad about being up a little over the course of last week, I feel good about being on track.

Bread Talk

Last Night I made a 4-3-1 with 16 twists of the salt grinder. I can just barely taste the salt.

Noon
  • 2 slices 4-3-1 
  • 5oz Mozzarella Cheese 
  • 12oz V8 
  • Banana 
6pm
  • Steak 
  • Baked Potato 
  • Corn on the Cobb 
  • Green Beans
