Last night's bread was a disaster as well. It looks like the ingrdients, instead of mixing, were plastered to the walls of the pan. This is one of the risks when making very small (1 pound) loaves in a bread maker with a 2 pound capacity.
Food today
9am- double espresso
- 1c cottage cheese
- 12oz V8
- slice of yesterday's bread
- double espresso
- 1/2 cup of home-made tapoica pudding (milk, tapioca, sucralose)
- 1 nectarine
- cup of baby carrots
- Greek Salad with added spinach
- 3 pepperoncinis
- 1/2c "ratatouille" soup
- slice of sourdough
- 1oz cheese
