I Gotta Get Back Into Maintaining This

I've been doing a terrible job of keeping up with my journal, as well as with recording my food. I had been (foolishly) depending on remembering what I ate to enter later. Apparently, my memory is crap.  So, I'm going to have to enter it as close as I can in real time.

  • 1/2c Blueberries
  • 2oz Multigrain Crackers
  • Double Espresso
6pm
  • Lasagna
  • Raw Broccoli
7:30pm
  • Apple
9:30pm
  • 4oz Multigrain Crackers
  • 1/2c Cottage Cheese
