Last night I managed to get to sleep not long after going to bed and did not get up in the middle of the night feeling hungry.
Bread Talk
I'm baking a 4-3-1 today. I think I may have forgotten to add the white flour. I looked in to the machine and it was rather soupy. I added about 1/4c of whole wheat flour and it firmed up, but the end result was a rather flat loaf.

- 12oz V8

- 2.5oz Swiss Cheese
- 2.5oz Ham
- 1/2oz Multigrain Crackers
- 1/2 nectarine
5:30pm
- Sauteed Mushrooms with Onion and Garlic
- Brussels Sprouts
- 2 slices 4-4-0?
