I have been updating the blog since this morning.
Update: I forgot to eat my cheese at bedtime, and found myself quite hungry later in the evening. The evidence is starting to add up to the cheese at bedtime making a significant difference.
Bread Talk
Today I repeated the half 7-Grain Mix half flour recipe I used lat month (on the 21st). The loaf was lumpy again, and again the crumb was nice and uniform and the bread was quite moist. Anita loves quinoa, so I'm thinking of ways to try to incorporate that into the recipe.Food today

- 1/3 of a large cucumber from the garden

- 1-1/2c of fish crackers
