Feeling a Little Better
My stomach seems to have handled yesterday's dinner reasonably well, so I am trying to get back to a regular eating schedule today. My weight is up a little from what it was yesterday. I consider that to be a good thing, as the steep dive over the last 4 days (10 pounds) was not healthy.
Food Today
8am
- Double espresso
- 6 walnut halves
- Slice of 4-3-1 bread
- 3/4c cottage cheese
- 12oz V8
11am
noon
- 2 slices 4-3-1
- 1oz hummus
5pm
6:15pm
- 1/3c cooked Basmati rice
- Saag Paneer
- 1/4c grapes from the vine outside my (home) office door.
8pm
