Another Try at Reentry

Today's foray back into the workplace is going much better than the last attempt. I'm not falling asleep at the keyboard, nor am I getting up and running to the restroom every 10 minutes.

My weight is up a bit today over yesterday, but it is still below the overall trend, so I think it is likely just more recovery from my illness.
The cheese at bedtime is clearly a rousing success. I had my chesse again last night, and later I had some trouble falling asleep. I got bacvk up for a couple of hours, and did not feel like I needed to eat. This is a really big change for me.
I think I need to reduce the amounts of things on the food plan. My stomach seems to have shrunk while I was ill and It now feels like too much. I'll bring it up with Carol.

  • 2oz Swiss
  • 1/2c Raw Carots
  • 3/4c Raw Broccoli
  • 1c blueberries

1:15pm,
  • small (~1/2c) bunch of grapes
  • 12oz V8
  • 1oz (15) multigrain crackers
  • 1-1/2c yogurt

7pm
  • Spinach Ravioli
  • Marinara
  • Grated Parmesan
  • 1 slice 4-3-1
  • banana
9pm
  • 1/2c Yogurt
midnight
  • 1-1/2 cups of Goldfish Crackers :(
