Low-Guilt Pumpkin Pie

Crust:
  • 1 c Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 c All Purpose Flower
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 c (1 stick) butter
Filling:
  • 1 30 oz Can Pumpkin
  • 2 12 oz Cans Condensed Milk (not sweetened)
  • 1-1/2 c Splenda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp Ground Cloves

  • 1 slice 4-4-0
  • 12oz V8

    • Roast Beef

  • Grilled Turkey and Cheese Sandwich
  • 2 Slices of Low-Guilt Pumpkin Pie
