A Long, Long Day

Today was the visitation for dad. There were so many people that I didn't know. Dad was a very outgoing man. He made friends easily,  and had no enemies.  He was generous with his time and money. I miss him.
It was an open coffin viewing. He smelled like chemicals. I hope that does not become how I remember him.

1:30pm

• Potato Casserole with Sausage Gravy
• V8
• Garden Salad
• 1/2 of a Ham and Cheese Sandwich on Commercial Wheat 

9:30pm

• Ham and Cheese Sandwich. 
• 1c Raw Broccoli
• Grapes. 
• V8

3:30am

• 2 Biscuits from a Can.
